Sean MacNeil2024-03-23I've been going to Tim & his shop for 2 years when its something that I either don't have time to do or just beyond the scope of what I can do in my backyard. Firstly, these guys are ALWAYS honest with you going into a project either being an oil change or you telling them there's an issue and you aren't sure what it is. They'll go in, look and if you do the work with them they wave the diagnostic fee. Secondly, they are partnered with a company that if a repair is more than you can afford they can get it covered for you and you just pay monthly; this isn't based on credit and have even used this service. Levi knows his way around this, we did it over the phone before I even took my truck up to them. Thirdly, they just recently rebuilt my motor, a 5.7 Hemi on a ram 1500. Even with whatever issues came up, they were quick and attentive and if you were ever worried they helped quell my fears. Dave and Tim know their HEMI engines and I would trust them to do it again. Fourth, we cannot forget Cassie. The girl at the front counter always has a smile on her face and will work with your time and get you in. I live in Norfolk and she helped meschedule around my time that I could drop it in Brantford. TLDR; Will always go to Tim, Nick, Levi and Cass for my vehicles even after this truck dies.
Giovanni Petitti2024-03-22Great little hidden gem. Went in there for an oil change on a BMW. They were fast pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and while I was waiting I got the feeling that it was a great place to work. There's a lot of positive energy and everyone seems to be happy to be there. And of course a price that's way better than the dealership. Highly recommended.
David Reeby2024-03-20First off: I have a Scion. It's not exotic, its a re-skinned Toyota Matrix lol. Every other shop I used to call acted like it was insane and made outlandish quotes for repairs or just said "uh I can't fix one of those durrrr." So anyways this didn't phase them when I first brought it there so I knew they were good. But aside from being priced well and not living under a rock, this is a great bunch of people and I never fear being fleeced by them. Never arrogant or condescending as many shops are. That's a big deal for me. Anyways. Get your car fixed here and support a reliable family business.
